To-go cocktails start in Wisconsin but restaurants scramble to prepare

Many managers told WISN 12 they believe the new measure will help revenue, however they said they didn’t have time to prepare and purchase containers or tamper-evident seals.Gov. Tony Evers signed the bill Friday.However, part owner at Cielito Lindo, Lorenzo Lopez, told WISN 12 his business is ready. He said the new law will help the restaurant after a difficult year of losing clients and money. Lopez said at least 25% of the revenue is from the bar.He said he had tamper-evident seals already in store. Lopez went to City Hall to see if his seals met the requirement.
